TAMMY
I was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. As a true 3rd generation native to the Valley of the Sun, I could not imagine living anywhere else! I began my dental career in 1994 and I have experience in all aspects of dentistry. I most enjoy spending time with my patients and I will answer any questions you have in regards to your treatment plan. My husband Tony and I have been married for “many, many years” and have 2 beautiful teenage daughters. We also have 2 dogs, Mia and Patty, and a tortoise. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family, traveling, shopping, laughing with friends, and surfing the web.

BRENDA
Brenda joined our team here at West Valley Periodontics in June 2006 as Office Manager for our Surprise Office. She was born in Franklin, Pennsylvania and moved to Arizona in 1970. Brenda began her dental career here in Arizona in 1976 and has over 30 years experience in many aspects of dentistry. Brenda is State Board Certified in Radiology in Arizona as well as California. She enjoys spending her time with her husband; 4children and 4 grandchildren.

BRANDEE BERNARD
Brandee is one of our dental hygienists. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport Fones School of Dental Hygiene in Bridgeport Connecticut. She received her anesthesia certification from Phoenix College. She was born and raised in the Reno, Nevada area. She and her husband Brian moved to Avondale in 2000. They have one very large messy St. Bernard named Lola. Brandee has been in the dental field for over 14 years with the last 10 years as a dental hygienist.

JAIMY
I was born and raised here in the Phoenix area. I became a certified dental assistant in 2002 and worked in another periodontic specialty office. I decided to go back to school and continue my education. I graduated from Phoenix College with a Degree in Dental Hygiene and am anesthesia certified. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 children.

JESSICA VALDEZ
Jessica is one our assistants. She was born in the Los Angeles area. She and her family moved to the Phoenix area 2 years ago. She has two lovely boys and one precious girl. She attended Bryman College for dental assisting. She has been in the dental field for 9 years.

ANDREA PENA
Andrea is one of our dental assistants. She was born in the Phoenix area and was raised in El Mirage. She graduated from Dysart High School. After starting her family, she chose to return to school for dental assisting. She attended Arizona College of Allied Health in Glendale, Arizona.
